You truly never know what you have in an insurance policy or an agent for that matter, until you have a claim. I found out. Due to a natural disaster beyond my wildest imagination, I experienced a huge loss. Midwest Family Mutual was fair, prompt, and efficient. Moreover, however, Tim Weis was far more than an agent.
